Heather Beitzel is a philanthropist, wife, and mother who loves supporting her family and sharing her time working with non-profits, both locally and internationally.

Heather graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has been married to Derek Beitzel for twenty years. They are the proud parents of two lovely daughters, 17-year-old Alexandra, and 10-year-old Annamarie. In 2005, the Beitzel's moved to Austin, and Heather quickly fell in love with all this city has to offer, including the many opportunities to volunteer and support her children.

"I have always had a passion for volunteering and have poured my heart into our daughter's school, Regents School of  Austin." Heather has been instrumental in fundraising at Regents as she has co-chaired the annual fundraising gala, raising money for endowments benefiting tuition assistance. She has chaired many committees within the parent council at Regents and has also volunteered with Dressed for Success and CC4C.

In addition to her time spent working with Regents, Dressed for Success and CC4C, Heather is excited about the opportunity to co-chair The Bless Foundation, "Light the World 2018" fundraising event with her daughter Alexandra, a senior at Regents.

Heather is passionate about the Bless Foundation mission of "reaching the unreached." She feels it is indeed better to give than to receive and is honored to share her time and resources with those living in countries that suffer the most humanitarian crises and who have little or no access to the Gospel.

Amy Conde is the Chief Financial Officer of Crossway Electric, Inc. and Maden Ventures, LLC which she manages with her husband, Marcelo. They have a 20-year-old daughter Emma, who attends SMU in Dallas, and 17-year-old twin boys, Nicholas, and Dylan who are Seniors at Hyde Park High School in Austin, Texas. Before joining her husband in the construction industry, Amy worked in the Electrical Engineering and the Defense Contract industries.

Amy is a passionate philanthropist who believes everyone can give according to their means through their time, talent and treasure. She and Marcelo strive to instill in their children the belief that being blessed financially does not make one better, but betters the opportunity to help others, both locally and internationally.

She is currently serving as co-chair alongside her twin sons for The Bless Foundation. Together this family will partner with Bless to help end the orphan crisis, fight human trafficking, mobilize cross-cultural workers, advance the gospel and supply life-sustaining resources in Northern Africa and Asia. Before sharing her time with Bless, Amy served on the Board of Directors for CC4C and is currently serving as an advisor on the CC4C advisory board.

Amy's favorite quote is “We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.” - Ronald Reagan

Tara West has a passion for life!  She loves spending time with her husband Frank and her two beautiful children, 17-year-old daughter Maddie and 15-year-old-son Logan. She is passionate about serving the Austin community and reaching beyond the borders of Texas to provide access and sustainability to those in the most unreached areas of the world.

Tara was born and raised in Oklahoma and made her way to Waco, Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Baylor University. In 2004, She and Frank moved their family to Austin, Texas. Tara quickly became a top agent in the Austin Real Estate market and was recognized by The Austin Business Journal as one of the top 50 agents.

When Tara isn't spending time with family or The West Real Estate Team, she is busy supporting her church, international missions, and children’s schools. Her most recent philanthropic endeavor is co-chairing The Bless Foundation's "Light the World 2018" fundraising event with her high school senior, Maddie West. She is excited about the opportunity to share her love of philanthropy and fundraising with her daughter and looks forward to making a difference in the lives of those who have little or no access to resources or the gospel.
